Place North West and Wigan Council would like to invite you on a tour of Wigan’s development opportunities and new projects.
The executive coach tour will take place on the morning of Friday 9 October.
Guests will visit Wigan Pier, Westwood Business Park, Grand Arcade shopping centre and The Galleries, Leigh Sports Village, Westleigh Waterfront and South Lancashire Industrial Estate.
The tour is due to begin at Gallimore’s restaurant with breakfast at 8am and conclude with lunch at Wigan Business Expo in Robin Park Sports Tennis Centre at 1pm.
This is an ideal opportunity for developers, investors, agents and advisors to hear about the major housing and commercial development opportunities in Wigan.
