The rise of digital, the resurgence of out-of-town parks and the impact of food and beverage spend are all putting the spotlight on the business plans for shopping centres.

This retaRetail Breakfast Debateil breakfast will be held the week before the British Council of Shopping Centres returns to Manchester for its major annual exhibition and conference.

Joining us on the panel on the morning of Wednesday 9 September at City Tower in Manchester will be:

  • Criona Collins, director, Lambert Smith Hampton – leasing manager and property adviser with vast experience not least through acquisition of niche agency Tushingham Moore earlier this year
  • John Sullivan, director dcinex and co-founder of Light Cinemas independent operator – specialist on leisure anchors in new centre development
  • Martyn McDonald, partner, Hill Dickinson – advises centre owners and national retailers on expansion programmes
  • Marcus Hadfield, managing partner, McCann Connected – helping retailers understand the complex digital journeys customers make in today’s multichannel marketplace
