Charity Walk A6MARR Stockport Relief road
Sunday October 7 2018
For our next Netwalking event we will be raising money for a charity very close to our hearts, the Steve Burne Rooms at Ronald McDonald House, Manchester.
The new A6 to Manchester Airport Relief Road is set to open to traffic late October providing a vital road link across Stockport, Manchester and East Cheshire.
Our group will be the first to be able to walk the length of the new A666 by-pass from Hazel Grove, High Lane to Styal Road, Manchester Airport, and back if you wish, prior to the official opening at the end of October, there will also be the opportunity to cycle the route.
The walk is easy going, from start to finish. High Lane to Styal Road, Wilmslow is approximately 10 kilometres, albeit road walking, suitable walking attire is recommended.
To register please make a donation via Just Giving Link https://www.justgiving.com/
We want to see as many people as possible from our industry on the day, so come on guys, let’s have a good show for Steve’s Charity. (For safety reasons only those who have registered and made a donation prior to the event can attend).
The Property Netwalking Club caters for all those who are keen to get out into the great outdoors and at the same want to meet likeminded people in the property industry. Our members consist of property clients, developers and investors, architects, surveyors, engineers, contractors, comprising of novices, intermediate and one or two experienced walking guides.
For more information on this and other walks, registration etc, please contact Ian Powell: ipowell@lowbury.co.uk
