North West Property Market Review seminar

CBRE is hosting a North West Property Market Review seminar next week. It is being held on Wednesday 23rd September from 8.30am in the Medici Ballroom at the Renaissance Hotel in Blackfriars Street, Manchester. Dr Peter Damesick, head of UK Research, will lead the seminar with an overview of the current economic climate, trends and prospects in the main sectors of the commercial property market and will assess the risks and opportunities looking ahead. The seminar will be followed by a brief ‘Question and Answer’ session where guests will have the opportunity to put forward questions to a panel comprising of key individuals from CB Richard Ellis and guest panelist, Andrew Mitchell, regional director within Real Estate Finance (North) from the Royal Bank of Scotland.
