- EUAN HALL, THE LAND TRUST | Has been chief executive of The Land Trust since launch, driving the growth of the trust, which now owns over 3,000 hectares of public open spaces and £180m of investment funds. The work of the Land Trust ensures sustainable regeneration and management of public open space delivering benefits to mitigate against climate change.
- JO HOLDEN, PEEL L&P | Is a chartered environmentalist leading on all aspects of climate resilience, sustainability and ESG for Peel L&P. She helped form Peel L&P’s Sustainability Five Year Business Plan and created a sustainability toolkit for all new development projects.
- MATTHEW PYGOTT, HYDROCK | Is a qualified PIEMA practitioner and lead auditor, specialising in delivering carbon management & verification, promoting best-practice in carbon reduction, reducing costs, increasing transparency in the value chain, and supply chain innovation.
- ROBERT HOPKINS, AHR | Has recently led on the design of the new £35m northern home for the Royal College of Physicians, The Spine, which incorporates biophilic design features and is designed to WELL Platinum to create an inspirational workspace, with wellness in mind and body at the heart of the project.
- SABINE DUNSTAN, ONE HERITAGE | Alongside delivering residential developments, Sabine chairs the group’s ESG committee which scrutinises business decisions and seeks ways to exceed One Heritage's ESG strategy. She is passionate about sustainability and is continually considering the environmental impact of the business’ developments.
- PHIL MARSDEN, MUSE DEVELOPMENTS | Fronts Muse’s sustainability approach which has led to the production of their industry leading Sustainable Development Framework. He is currently managing the 250-acre Crescent development in Salford, leading the way in sustainable development.
- TIM CLEMENT, MORGAN SINDALL | Dedicated to enabling Morgan Sindall’s project teams reduce the whole life carbon impact of the building projects they deliver. He also sits on the carbon and energy action panel for Morgan Sindall and has been instrumental in creating a whole life carbon assessment methodology for building projects.
- BRENDON KENNY, CHANGING STREAMS | Helped develop Recipro, which finds new uses for surplus construction materials otherwise destined for the landfill. He is co-founder of Changing Streams, whose aim is to reduce our use and reliance on plastics on a global scale.
- AISLING MCNULTY, BRUNTWOOD WORKS | Aisling’s passion for sustainability has become a core focus in her role. Putting sustainability at the centre of every development decision that the business makes, Aisling is setting the bar high for Bruntwood and ensuring the business meets its ambitious Net Zero Carbon targets.
