An overview of how an alliance of nine registered providers are trying to make volumetric construction viable via an aggregation approach.

Key Speaker: Kevin Williams – Executive Director (Growth & Enterprise) Wulvern Housing

Wulvern Housing are currently delivering the largest Affordable Homes Programme across Cheshire. Having secured a substantial HCA allocation under the latest Affordable Homes Programme, Kevin and his team are keen to innovate and explore new methods of delivery by working in collaboration with other like minded organisations.

Key Speaker: Sean Stafford – Director of Development New Charter Housing Trust

New Charter is the lead partner in the JV North housing consortium which contains nine other Registered Providers. Having undertaken all forms of what the sector refers to as 'traditional' development, they are keen to explore off-site construction and in 2013 commissioned one of the first full factory build HCA funded schemes in the country.

Key Speaker: Graham Cleland – NG Bailey

After having now spent some 17 years in the sector, Graham is an expert in offsite construction and has a wealth of experience in modular building Solutions to suit residential, educational, military, student accommodation and hotel sectors. His presentation will cover topics including DfMA, lean and offsite manufacturing.
