Mock Employment Tribunal – Retail Sector

After the success of Shoosmiths initial Mock Tribunal event for the Retail Sector held at the beginning of February, Shoosmiths, supported by MIDAS, are now holding an additional Mock Tribunal event in Manchester. As we head into Spring, the inevitable Tribunal claims following the redundancy programmes implemented by many businesses in the Retail Sector are beginning to appear. Shoosmiths Mock Tribunal will address those issues commonly faced by Retailers in such situations. It will not only prepare attendees for the inevitable claims but will show how to implement and plan redundancies and reorganisations in a safe and cost effective manner. The session will run from 3.30pm to 6.00pm, followed by drinks, canapés and networking.
