Andy Farrall, executive director at Warrington Council, and Nicola Hewes, partner at Purcell, architect on the £300m Manchester Town Hall overhaul, have joined the line-up of local authorities and private sector partners discussing large-scale regeneration plans, project delivery, and opportunities for partnerships at this half-day conference in Manchester on 12 July.

Warrington joins Wirral, Stockport, Salford, and Preston councils on stage at the event, to discuss their ambitions for new developments in town and city centres, their expectations and experiences of both formal and informal public-private partnerships, and the chances for the property community to get involved. Collectively, the councils are working on schemes worth billions of pounds.
