Using the results of the May 2009 GVA Grimley/ CBI Real Estate survey, data will be presented that shows the latest trends for business space in the region and provide a backdrop to new property strategies that are now emerging. Tips will be presented on how money can be made and cash preserved from property assets. Speakers from KPMG will further examine change management programmes that can be introduced. These will consider re-finance programmes, raising productivity, or saving money by reducing waste and saving energy.
