Managing Change Breakfast Seminar with CBI & GVA Grimley

Invitation only GVA Grimley and the CBI are hosting a free business breakfast briefing on Thursday 21 May at the Lowry Hotel, Manchester. Guest speakers include the CBI, KPMG, North West Development Agency and GVA Grimley’s corporate business team. Business must adapt to market conditions and continue to consider alternative strategies to remain competitive. Using the results of the May 2009 GVA Grimley/ CBI Real Estate survey, data will be presented that shows the latest trends for business space in the region and provide a backdrop to new property strategies that are now emerging. Tips will be presented on how money can be made and cash preserved from property assets. Speakers from KPMG will further examine change management programmes that can be introduced. These will consider re-finance programmes, raising productivity, or saving money by reducing waste and saving energy. Providing a regional perspective on proceedings, the North West Development Agency will be providing an overview on what support is immediately available to businesses to help you through these demanding times..
