The aim of the seminar is to highlight topical Landlord & Tenant issues. The areas to be covered will include:

- Impact of the 2007 Code for Leasing Business Premises
- The end of the affair? Surrenders, disclaimers and break notices in the current market Guarantees and Indemnities
- Collecting arrears from former tenants
- Case law update
Guest speakers are Varun Maharaj, Paul Fleming and Simon Murphy. The seminar will commence at 8.30am and conclude by 10.00am. Breakfast will be served from 8.00am. The seminar cost is £30 plus vat (£34.50).
