Place North West and Lloyds Bank are delighted to invite you to a lunchtime debate at the Albert Square Chophouse on Tuesday 16 June to review and assess funding across the North West commercial and residential property markets. There will be particular focus on the secondary market for small and medium-sized developments from £2m to £20m.

This lunchtime event is aimed at independent property developers and advisors. There will be initial presentations from the following speakers:

  • Glen Wilson, head of property, Lloyds Bank
  • Bill Enevoldson, chief investment officer, Greater Manchester Combined Authority

This will be followed by a Q&A panel debate joined by:

  • Eian Bailey, managing director, Keyworker Homes
  • Nick Lee, managing director, NJL Consulting
  • William Church, director, CBRE, fund manager, Evergreen

The debate will be followed by a hot buffet and drinks provided by the excellent Chophouse kitchen and bar. There will be key attendees from the North West real estate teams at Lloyds Bank in attendance.

We hope this will be an entertaining and informative lunch covering topical issues around development finance, the market in recovery, repositioning stalled sites, occupational demand and more.

It would be great to see you there.

NB: Given the nature of the hosts at this event, bank representatives not from Lloyds Bank are unable to attend. Thank you for your co-operation. Paul Unger, editor, Place North West
