The team behind the successfully completed £50 m PFI project- Liverpool Library present their reflections on how the project was managed from inception to completion.
The project presented technical and organisational challenges with a tight budget and timescale. After the presentations there will be an opportunity for refreshment and a short tour of this magnificent building.
