Linley House launch

The in-house property management and development arm of United Utilities Group, United Utilities Property Solutions, began refurbishment and extensive transformation work with architects Buttress Fuller Alsop Williams on Linley House in October 2008.
Walker Sime acted as the project manager.
This summer marks the completion of the project.
Edwards & Co and Lambert Smith Hampton are joint agents on the building.
