The JMW commercial property team invite you to join them from 5pm to 7pm on Thursday 27 March 2014 for a hot topic workshop.
The event will be run as a series of workshops on the following topics:
- Overage & clawback – when should it be used and what options are available
- Options, promotion agreements and conditional contracts – the benefits, pitfalls and which one is appropriate.
- How to get and manage planning permission – The new regime since National Planning Policy Framework
- Commercial lease dispute resolution – Commercial rent arrears recovery and remedying other breaches.
Attendees will have the opportunity to sit in on each workshop in turn and engage in the discussions followed by a short panel discussions on the key issues that have been discussed followed by refreshments and chance to network.
