Our 4th In Conversation is with Michael Ingall, joint founder and CEO of development company Allied London.
There will be lots to talk about.
Not least his plans for the recently acquired London Road Fire Station and how Allied London succeeded in securing the deal where many others, including Manchester City Council, failed.
The selection of Rem Koolhaas’ Office for Metropolitan Architecture as architects for The Factory, the £110m arts facility at St Johns and indeed how he thinks this new neighbourhood on the former Granada site will grow the city and the connection between art and culture and development.
Michael’s vision has already helped deliver Manchester’s successful business district of Spinningfields, which continues to grow with work underway on a new 19-storey tower featuring a skyline restaurant and the launch of the new XYZ building.
The conversation is taking place at HOME and places are limited.
