How to Prepare For and Manage Public Inquiries

Pinsent Masons and 39 Essex Street will jointly present an informative and interactive training session dealing with the process and management of Public Inquiries including specific instruction in providing expert evidence.

The session will open with a Mock Planning Inquiry in order to set the scene and demonstrate the tactics and pitfalls of being an expert witness. The session will then cover a number of key areas of the Public Inquiry process from a management and technical perspective which will be of interest to those involved in the Public Inquiry process including expert witnesses, planning and environmental consultants, local government officers and legal advisers.
