Join Place North West and Placefirst as we examine opportunities for creating communities in the private rented sector, concentrating on neighbourhoods beyondthe city centre PRS apartment market, at this special half-day conference.

The event will provide a critical view of the PRS industry, and topics will include funding models, forming partnerships between developers and local authorities, changing tenant demographics, designing sustainable communities and accelerating supply to tackle the crisis in the provision of housing for working families and other households that rely on the private rented sector for their housing needs.
