Green Infrastructure
Green Infrastructure can be defined as the our life support system – the network of natural environmental, green and blue spaces that lies within and between the our cities, towns and villages which provide us with clean air and water, places to play and relax, settings for new investment and business, and a place that we can cherish.
This event will look at how it works, why Green Infrastructure planning is important, the process, what you get at the end and the progress that has been made so far in developing Green Infrastructure Frameworks and Strategies.
The training and continuing professional development service of the Royal Town Planning Institute North West Region. Delivered in partnership with the RTPI Accredited Planning Schools in the North West
