- CHRIS ROBERTS, BRUNTWOOD | led on several significant development projects, including Citylabs in Manchester, Booths Park in Knutsford and is currently leading the development activity on Corridor Manchester, including the 2.4 million sq ft neighbourhood, Circle Square.
- JOHN FOSTER, WATES | Has a wealth of experience in turning clients’ growth ambitions into successful projects that deliver real benefit to local authorities and their communities. Projects soon to start on site include Rodney Street for Manchester City Council and St John Fisher Catholic High School in Wigan.
- NICK GRAHAM, PEEL L&P | His work involves engaging with policy at a national level, promoting the allocation of land in local plans, and assuming planning applications for a range of greenfield and brownfield development projects. He is involved in Peel’s project for a new championship-grade golf resort and residential development at Hulton Park in Bolton.
- PAUL RICHARDS, STOCKPORT COUNCIL | Leads on the regeneration of 130 acres to deliver up to 4,000 new homesand 1 million sq.ft. of workspace, creating a new neighbourhood in the heart of the Stockport.
- RICHMAL WIGGLESWORTH, SHEPPARD ROBSON | Joined the company in 2014 and was made an associate partner in 2022. Sheppard Robson's recent projects include the transformation of the Kendal Milne building in Manchester, a 350,000 sq ft office at MediaCity, and Ev0, an 82,000 sq ft timber-framed building at Didsbury Technology Park.
- TOM STANNARD, SALFORD CITY COUNCIL | Delivers public services and improving the lives of Salford’s fast growing population, leading an organisation of over 3,500 staff, with a net revenue budget of £220M and a capital investment programme of £115M p/a.
- CLLR AMANDA CHADDERTON, OLDHAM COUNCIL | Priorities are continuing Oldham's drive to be a resident-focused council and ensuring the borough’s plans for regeneration and housing continue at pace.
- LAURA MACKAY, ROGER HANNAH | Focuses on the delivery of market-led advice for a range of public and private sector clients. Her expertise ranges from large-scale housing schemes to high-density mixed-use city centre developments.
