Don’t miss this year’s highly respected black-tie event where we will reveal the winners of the Greater Manchester Building of the Year Award 2017 and Apprentice of the Year Award 2017. The Building of the Year Award will be presented to the winning commissioning body of one of the seven projects nominated during 2017:

  • Bright Building
  • Maggie’s Oldham
  • Oldham Town Hall
  • Spire Manchester Hospital
  • Stockport Exchange
  • The Bund
  • Two St Peter’s Square

Last year over 400 delegates attended this celebration of the industry. More details of the event will be revealed shortly, but it is sure to be a great evening’s entertainment – so make sure you book your tickets today at one of the largest Construction events in the North West business calendar.

Celebrate how our industry is encouraging more young people into rewarding careers in the sector. As the theme of the evening is Young, Bright and Building Tomorrow, we would be delighted if any companies wishing to book places were able to include an Apprentice or Graduate trainee to represent their business.

We are pleased to welcome Siemens as main sponsor of the event along with Parker Wilson Consulting who have kindly sponsored the programme for the evening.

Dress code for the evening will be black tie.

Tables are available in formations of 10 or 12 – book a table of 12 and get 1 place free.
