In the third in the series The Life Cycle of the Contract, Alway Associates director Peter Ormston will address changes and variations.
He will concentrate on what constitutes a variation or change under various forms of contract, the practice and procedures surrounding the administration of variations and the valuation of such changes.
The seminar will be held on 9 and 17 February at the Encore Ramada Hotel at Birchwood near Warrington.
Commencing at 7.45am and ending at about 9.30am.
