You are cordially invited to the next First Friday lunch that will take place on June 6th at our sponsors, the Malmaison Hotel, just a short walk from Liverpool’s business district. The free event between 12.30pm and 2.30pm promises to overflow with an excellent lunch from the Malmaison Brasserie and drinks from their Plum Bar. Please note that an RSVP is critical for Malmaison chefs to be able to appropriately cater for you on the day. Closing date for RSVPs is 12 noon, May 30th, 2008 We look forward to seeing you on the day and don’t forget your business cards for the drawing of some very good prizes. With kind regards Joel & Paul P.S. For the uninitiated, here’s some more information about First Friday… What is it? A very successful monthly networking group of people within the property loop meeting face to face to engage and update each other Who attends? A high calibre group of our contacts from within the North West with a Merseyside-centric bias Where does it take place? A different Liverpool City Centre venue each month Why is it a success? It’s informality, the quality of people in attendance, it’s reputation, the platform to make contacts How much does it cost to sponsor?/How do you pay? Typically £350-400 to cover food and drink. A company credit card can be used or an invoice raised by the venue can be arranged to settle the cost. What are some of the likely returns on my investment? Media profiling via coverage post event, face-to-face communication with senior contacts within property and opportunities to follow up.
