Manchester and Liverpool continue to thrive; with ever ambitious and innovative developments gracing the skyline and attracting more international interest and inward investment into the North West region.

This event focusses on the North West region as a whole, profiling the development plans and celebrating the achievements of the other key cities and towns that make up the bigger picture, and which sometimes go under the radar. The North West is home to some of the largest regeneration projects in the UK, many of which lie outside what are considered our key cities.

Hear first-hand from North West leaders of private/public sector regeneration about their individual and collective strategies for growth and the key challenges facing the region in terms of investment and infrastructure as we head towards the most pivotal year in our recent history.

Speakers:

  • Phil Mayall of Muse Developments
  • Darran Lawless of Peel Land & Property
  • Karen Hirst of Maple Grove
  • Kate Willard of Stobart and Atlantic Gateway Partnership
  • Lisa Harris – Cheshire West and Chester Council
  • Steve Park – Warrington & Co
