Paul Morris, director of Facilities Management, UCLan
Bede Mullen, director of Knowledge Transfer at UCLan

Paul Morris and Bede Mullen from the University of Central Lancashire will be guest speakers at the Forum for the Built Environment November event.

Morris has been integral in the recent development of UCLan in the North West with over £120m invested in new buildings. He will provide an overview of UCLan's Estate and how changes in funding may alter their strategic approach to the future.

Bede Mullen is the director of Knowledge Transfer, Bede works with the wider community in providing support for the regions businesses. Bede develops relationships with the private sector and investigates opportunities for collaborative working. The knowledge transfer scheme UCLan has also secured £10 million of funding. He will be speaking about UCLan's role in the North West and links to business.
