Following on from our very popular event in February last year, we once again have ‘The Agent’s Perspective’ with some prominent ‘in the know’ agents who are very active in their specialist fields and sectors. Expect to hear a lot about Manchester’s overall growth strategy and the key projects and deals that will continue to drive it forward over the next few years.

Guest Speakers:

John Cooper – Director, Deloitte Real Estate

Dan Crossley – Partner, WHR

Dan Davies – Director, Metis Real Estate

John will give an overview of Deloitte’s recently launched ‘Manchester Crane Survey’ which features all the key developments on site or in the planning pipeline. He will draw together some fascinating findings on the city regions’ propensity to continue to grow and reinvent itself.

Dan Crossley will explore the current political and economic factors that are influencing investment activity in the city centre. He will highlight how Manchester is positioning itself to respond to these challenges and the opportunities that the Northern Powerhouse and further Devolution powers will create.

Dan Davies will profile the evolution of the Leisure offer in Manchester over the last 20 years and how it has become an intrinsic factor in the expansion strategy and success of its different regions. He will evaluate current trends and offer an insight into how the bar and restaurant scene might look in 10 years time.
