FBE Manchester is very proud to announce the annual address from Sir Howard Bernstein. Interviewed ‘on the sofa’, Sir Howard will give his insight into issues and events that will shape Manchester and the North West in 2016 and beyond. From HS3 to Northern Powerhouse; from Manchester Life to the European City of Science (yes, it is Manchester).
As we move out of recession, 2016 promises to be a bumper year for our city and no-one knows more about how that will be achieved than our fabulous speaker.
