The FBE Liverpool branch is hosting its next networking breakfast ‘Partnering with the public sector’ on Thursday 9th July 2015.
This month’s guest speaker is James Nicholson, Associate Director at Kier Property.
Kier has recently signed a pioneering 10 year joint venture agreement with Staffordshire County Council which encompasses property, asset management and construction services.
With more of this type of opportunity coming to market across the country in the next five years, James will describe the 18 month journey the bid took and how the joint venture will work to deliver value.
