Andrew Ruffler is Sector Manager for Low Carbon at The Mersey Partnership, working on the delivery of the Liverpool City Region Low Carbon Action Plan, and in particular looking at the opportunities for investment and job creation within the sector.

Adam Workman is Investment Partner at CT Investment Partners LLP, the fund manager of the Northwest Fund for Energy and Environmental and advisor to Carbon Trust Investments. CT Investment Partners is one of the leading investors in UK clean energy businesses.

David Hunt is a member of PRASEG (Parliamentary Renewable and Sustainable Energy Group) he is also on the board of the Low Carbon Economy Council for the Liverpool City Region, the Energy and Environment steering group for the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce, and is on the expert panel for Low Carbon Liverpool.

Dave Armstrong set up the Carbon Consultancy Company in 2007. This has grown into providing an energy reduction advice and helping businesses ensure compliance with the ever increasing environmental legislation, including Energy Performance Certificates and the Carbon Reduction Commitment. Bringing together skills in Energy Reduction and Renewable Technology, he has since created a concept for his property company to develop. In 2011, David's company began building the UK's first Zero Energy Cost Business Park, due for completion in September 2012. They are also in the process of opening a demonstration centre to showcase Low and Zero Carbon Technologies along with all other applications on the Park.
