There’s been a sharp rise in joint venture activity involving registered providers both with private developers and councils.

Aimed at company secretaries, and development and finance directors of both RPs and developers, this free seminar will guide you through the joint venture process, ensuring you can identify and address key business issues to secure a successful relationship.

Hosted by leading city law firm Devonshires, which specialises in advising the housing sector, the event includes insights from industry experts from Arcadis and Genesis Housing Association.

Delegates will also get the chance to join in one of two workshops on either funding or managing joint ventures.
