GN13/2010 Contamination, the environment and sustainability – implications for chartered surveyors & their clients is an important document particularly affecting chartered surveyors involved in valuation, development, commercial agency and property management.

This course will look at the implications of contamination, the environment and sustainability for valuers and anyone concerned with valuation reports. It will consider such matters as:

Identification of contamination and other environmental factors that may affect valuations

Red Book requirements for valuing such properties
