"The Construction Industry Key Performance Indicators are an invaluable tool that can help companies across the industry to raise their performance, win work and improve their profitability. Over the past 13 years the Construction KPIs have recorded a progressive improvement in the industry's productivity, social responsibility and economic performance and the bar continues to be raised." – Mark Prisk, Minister of State for Business and Enterprise.

The 2011 UK Construction KPIs were launched in London in July – for those of you in the North West who would like to know more about KPIs and performance measurement and would like to hear about the lessons learnt from the 2011 KPIs and the results of the recent KPI Review then this is the event for you.

CCI are delighted to welcome Jon de Souza, Director, Constructing Excellence and Allen Wilén, Economics Director, Glenigan, to the North West to give you an insight in to this year's KPI data and how you can use KPIs to drive your own performance and measure your improvements.

CCI Launch New KPI Engine

CCI have been delivering performance measurement services for over 7 years and our KPI Engine has been used by the industry to measure and chart their KPI performance for over 6 years. CCI will be launching their new KPI Engine at this event and we will be demonstrating how you can use this web based tool, a tool that can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection without the need to install costly software, to deliver all of your performance measurement requirements.
