This workshop will introduce you to the techniques of the Construction Lean Improvement Programme (CLIP) that will help to make your operation more effective and profitable.

This training session is vital to those who wish to fully understand the potential available from lean construction techniques and how the principles of lean applied through CLIP can make a real difference to your own situation.

This is not a generic seminar session, but an intensive, practical training workshop where you will leave better equipped to manage your future construction projects in a more effective way. You will learn how the CLIP programme can assist in reducing costs, eliminating waste and delivering projects on time.
