Keynote speaker: Richard Peel, CEO Merepark

Richard is a qualified architect. He formed Merepark with Bob Ross in 1993. Richard brings a range of skills to the company including his ability to visualise the creative design solution and manage the development team. Richard has experience of both development and contractor based organisations and experience in the retail, leisure and office sectors.Richard will be talking to us about Central Village.

Central Village is an imposing development on land bounded by Bold Street, the Central Station complex and Renshaw Street. The development will be in close proximity to the local & national rail stations, main bus routes and car-parking.

The development is a joint venture between Merepark and Ballymore, with a value of £160m, comprising around 60,000 sq ft of space including an elegant 25 storey building and a 20 storey mid size tower as well as two nine- storey and one five-storey building. It will be anchored by a three or four star hotel, with the leisure and retail elements facing Newington and Heathfield St.
