This training is for you if you’ve experienced any of the following:

- Needing to win over a potential new client
- Wanting to impress your opinion on a scheme

These are just a few of the situations that can be quickly resolved and addressed with simple and effective ways of establishing and building rapport with a win-win strategy of best intentions in mind.
When faced with an awkward situation, no good can come without first establishing great rapport with the other person or team or business. It is the solid foundation for effortless success in all areas of your work, from first impressions, engaging with new clients and suppliers, right through to recovering swiftly from conflict.
This 2 day training module* is suitable for all levels of employees across all sectors and disciplines, and will involve demonstrations and audience participation exercises, which will prime you with a variety of well tested and trialed methods to equip your personal toolbox with:
- NLP Communication Model
- Heightened sensory acuity
- BMIRs and Eye Accessing Cues
- Elicitation questioning
- Primary Lead Systems and Synesthesia
- Mirroring, Matching and Cross-Over Mirroring
*This Taster Session has a duration of 2 hours and will focus fully on one of the above techniques for your benefit to take away and use.
Arrival is 2.30pm for a 3pm start.
