Constructing Excellence, Liverpool & Cheshire Warrington and Wirral Best Practice Clubs are joined by the Wirral Waters regeneration experts.

The Wirral Waters Master plan design was created by world-class urban designers to create a mixed-use, high-density, highly sustainable project that will elevate and regenerate the area to the benefit of its existing community.

This event is to update members on the Wirral Waters regeneration programme, which is at a critical stage of its development, moving from vision to reality.

Richard Mawdsley of Peel Holdings will provide an overview of the journey to this point, and the opportunities and challenges for the future.

Rob Wallace of Walker Sime will then focus in on a number of the exciting projects expected to be delivered over the next 3 to 4 years.

And to give a client perspective we are also joined by Jeannette Royle from Wirral Council and Alan Evans who heads up the council’s Growth Plans.
