CECA Supply Chain Conference

CECA North West is delighted to host its third supply chain conference.

As workloads increase, it is more important than ever for contractors to understand clients’ aspirations and to gear up accordingly. At the same time, there is a need to consider how procurement can be shaped to ensure clients get what they want, and contractors are in a position to bid for work and deliver it.

With more and more projects and frameworks coming to market, we also need to ensure that skills provision meets demand, and that can only happen through opportunities for a meaningful dialogue between clients and contractors. CECA NW believes that this supply chain conference is an effective means of getting that dialogue underway.
