BWB Consulting is holding a Breakfast Briefing at the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce on Thursday 8th November between 8.30am – 10am.

“Environmental Net Gain – Risks and Opportunities for Developers” will be the next in a series of breakfast briefings updating you on the latest environmental changes that will impact the property and development sector.

The recently published Defra “25 Year Environment Plan” includes a commitment from Government to “embed an ‘environmental net gain’ principle for development”, including housing and infrastructure.

The specifics are currently unclear and will need to be developed.

Join us at our Breakfast Briefing to gain our insights on:

  • How might “environmental net gain” be defined
  • What embedding environmental net gain could mean in practice
  • Our thoughts on the potential risks and opportunities for developers

Our panel of environmental experts will be on hand to answer questions about this or any other burning issue you may have.

Breakfast will be served from 8am, the event will start promptly at 8.30am and you’ll be away by 10am.

The event is being held in the Connect Room, Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, Elliot House, 151 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 3WD.

Spaces are filling up fast so please RSVP here to reserve your place.
