Centre for Construction Innovation is holding a free workshop on building effective relationships and learning how to deal with different types of people.

CCI said the process can mean the difference between success or failure in any given task in a highly pressurised world. CCI added that learning how to manage your relationships effectively can help to reduce stress, improve productivity levels and create a happier working environment.

The workshop will focus on:

  • The origins and complexities of different people and personality types
  • Learning how our responses can affect their behaviour
  • Responding effectively in difficult situations
  • Sharing ideas and practical tips to use straight away

Refreshments will be available at this event.
