The aim of the seminar is to highlight last year's key case law and statutes relating to Property, Planning and Construction, and place them in a practical context. The areas to be covered will include:
- Acquiring Rights of Way and Licences
- Contractual Defects and Entire Agreement Clauses
- Tenant's Break Clauses
- Planning Changes in the Localism Bill
- Managing Risk in Construction Contracts – from the developer's perspective
- Case law updates
The speakers are Charles Tomlinson, Varun Maharaj, Lewis Denton and Paul Fleming. The seminar will commence at 8.30am and conclude by 10.00am.
