Brabners would like to invite you to join them on Tuesday 17 March, where the Property Solutions team will be providing practical guidance and a review of the latest legal issues and topics of concern to landlords and occupiers including:

  • Polishing the Premises (Repairs and Vacant Possession)Hannah Carter, Senior Solicitor, Property Solutions Team. Hannah will be giving an overview of covenants to repair during the term and at the end of the lease, from both the tenant's and landlord's perspective; the talk will include a review of recent case law.
  • Lease Renewals as they progress through the CourtsSophie Greensill, Paralegal, Property Solutions Team. Sophie will be taking you through the Court Procedure in relation to Lease Renewals step by step, outlining and explaining the different stages before and after issuing proceedings, and the court costs involved.
  • PACT – Is it the future?Karen Beddow, Senior Associate, Property Solutions Team. Karen will be talking about PACT and whether in light of the announcement on Court Fee increases PACT may now be the future of lease renewals.
