(All bottles will be made up into cases of 6 and raffled on the evening to raise funds for the Prince’s Trust). Mr Pilling, formerly of Sam’s Chop House, has donated a bottle of 1993 Opus One, “an iconic Californian collaboration between Rothchilds and Mondavi” which will be in one of the cases!
