Erinle launches facilities management company
Former Allied London estates director Gabriel Erinle has set up GAME FM with the aim of elevating industry standards.
Manchester-based GAME, which stands for Go a Mile Extra, will provide security, cleaning, concierge, and general FM services.
“My vision was to build the facilities management business that the industry is missing,” said Erinle, GAME FM’s founder and managing director.
Erinle ran the operations team at Spinningfields in Manchester for five years and also presided over other Allied London projects including St John’s and London Road Fire Station as a director of ALL+ Management, the developer’s FM arm.
Erinle wants his new business to go beyond simply providing FM services, claiming its operations are built on the pillars of diversity, sustainability, employee wellbeing, and community investment.
“Every company has values, but I want ours to be obvious in everything we do,” he said.
“I’ve proudly built an industry-leading team who are equally committed to my vision.”
Erinle’s team includes technical director Naveed Hanif and the company counts Town Centre Securities among its clients.
Very best wishes Gabe.
