Enterprise Inns picks Nolan Redshaw for further disposals

Nolan Redshaw has been appointed by Enterprise Inns to sell two former pubs in Burnley and Bolton.

The instruction follows the sale of The Brandlesholme, in Bury in February of this year, handled by Nolan Redshaw.

Of the latest disposal targets, the first, The White Horse, is prominently located on the High Street in Little Lever, Bolton and comprises a 2,970 sq ft two-storey detached property, set on approximately 0.25-acres of land.

The second, The Brunshaw, is a 0.73-acre site with potential for redevelopment, situated on Brunshaw Road in Burnley.

Steve Manifold of Nolan Redshaw commented: "The speedy sale that we secured for the first premises back in February, gave us a foothold in this specialised market, which we have since built on. We look forward to further building our relationship with Enterprise Inns in the future and in turn growing our expertise in this area."

Enterprise Inns is one of the largest leased and tenanted pub companies in the UK and has an estate of over 7,000 public houses throughout England and Wales.
