EKPS welcomes associate director
Phil Grant has joined the commercial town planning consultancy from his previous role as associate director at Avison Young, where he has worked for the previous eight years.
As associate director, Grant will play a leading role in helping to deliver a range of projects on behalf of Euan Kellie Property Solutions’ clients, as well as contributing to the future growth of the business.
Grant joins the team of six with 17 years’ experience as a planning consultant, having also worked for Axis and Deloitte.
Welcoming Grant’s appointment, company director Euan Kellie said: “He has tremendous depth and breadth of experience and has successfully helped to deliver a number of high profile major developments across the north-west and elsewhere in the country.”
The Manchester-based company’s clients include Salboy, Domis Construction, Property Alliance Group, The Hut Group, One Manchester, Step Places, and Trafford Housing Trust.
