Edward Symmons unveils September opening at St Paul’s

Edward Symmons' Liverpool team will complete its move to St Paul's Square, the English Cities Fund mixed-use scheme off Old Hall Street, later this month.

The surveyor has taken a 2,400 sq ft office on the ground floor of the 133,000 sq ft building, also home to DWF solicitors and Bank of Scotland Corporate.

The 15-strong team will move on 22 September from their base in Eagle Chambers, Fenwick Street, and are throwing a party for clients and contacts the preceding Wednesday 17 September.

Other occupiers at St Paul's Square include law firm Hill Dickinson and Allied Irish Bank, who both took space in the first phase. Two out of three office buildings have been completed at the £100m development and a decision on speculatively building the final block is awaited from lead ECF partner Muse Developments. ECF is a joint venture between Muse, English Partnerships and Legal & General.

GVA Grimley and CB Richard Ellis are joint letting agents on St Paul's.
