Edward Symmons completes move to St Paul’s

On Monday, Edward Symmons will open its new Liverpool office at St Paul's Square on Old Hall Street.

The firm, which opened in Liverpool in 1982, will spend the weekend moving into its 2,500 sq ft office on the ground floor, taken at £22/sq ft for ten years.

Colin Jennings, head of the Liverpool office, said: "Edward Symmons has continued to expand in Liverpool, in particular growing our building consultancy, agency and corporate services teams in the last couple of years. Earlier this year we appointed the fifth partner to the team; Steven Grindley, former head of valuation and agency for the North West at Gerald Eve."

The firm will be joined at No5 St Paul's Square, the English Cities Fund scheme's second office building, by HBOS and DWF. Allied Irish Bank and law firm Hill Dickinson occupy the first office building.
