Eddisons wins Seddon property instruction
The Manchester office of chartered surveyors Eddisons has been appointed as managing agent of Edgefold Industrial Estate in Bolton.
The multilet estate in Plodder Lane, Farnworth contains 73,000 sq ft and is located close to the M61.
Eddisons is acting on behalf of G5 Estates, the new property company of Seddon Engineering Holdings, which occupies part of the site. Two of Seddon's sister companies also operate from the estate.
