Eddisons offers Lakes resi opportunity
The sale in Manchester on Tuesday 8 April will see 53 lots up for auction, including several development sites.
The Heights in Ings, near Windermere, is a six-acre 17th Century farm with five existing buildings and various planning consents already in place. The premises have a guide price of £500,000.
Other highlights include a major freehold retail investment, currently let to convenience store group Martin McColl, with a guide price of £360,000. A former church in Bacup has a guide price of £50,000.
A vacant former car sales site in Liverpool, with planning consent for four retail units and associated parking, is guided at £225,000.
Tony Webber, director and auctioneer at Eddisons said: "We have assembled a varied catalogue which should offer something for everyone.
"With the general economy showing further signs of improvements and traditional investments offering meagre returns, I expect investors to continue targeting the auction room which is great news for vendors looking for a quick sale."
