Eastlands heating contract up for grabs

Manchester social landlord Eastland Homes Partnership is to spend £7.5m replacing central heating systems in 2,500 houses over the next five years.

Eastlands is planning to recruit up to three contractors for the work, which may vary in size during the course of the contract.

Eastlands Homes owns and manages around 8,000 homes in the east Manchester area. Last November the organisation acquired a new headquarters in Quattro Park.
