Dukes Court comes to market

A 13,500-sq ft shop and office investment in Macclesfield is up for auction later this month with Acuitus.
The auction house said Dukes Court produces £60,000 a year rent and offers purchasers a potential 10% return on investment. Dukes Court on Mill Street comprises 12 shops and five office suites around a central courtyard.
The property comes up for sale with a guide price of £600,000 at the Acuitus auction on 18 October.
Richard Auterac, auctioneer, said: "This is a substantial well-located property in the main shopping area not far from the Grosvenor centre. It offers considerable asset management opportunities and we have already had a good level of investor interest."
